What does it mean to be SHE STRONG?

There is no one definition. There are countless definitions in fact. For some it could be just eating healthy and exercising. For others, it can be an illness you’ve fought off or an unhealthy habit or relationship you've kicked to the curb. Perhaps you have found the confidence to do something you've been putting off because of fear.

SHE STRONG is something as simple as being kind and compassionate. It's cultivating healthy relationships. It's making progress, any progress. Again, it’s going to mean something different for each person on any given day and it doesn't always have to be that deep. It could mean multiple things at the same time.

There's no limit on how you can be SHE STRONG!
